Who are they kidding with these ‘helmets’, or hatmets? It is exactly like fake meat – you must be trying to fool yourself, cause you’re not kidding any of us with this, “it tastes just like a real hat” routine. If hats were meant to be big and bulky and ridiculous, then yes, your helmets would look just like them: if turkeys were meant to taste like tofu, then yes, tofurkey would taste just like the genuine article. You are riding a bike, embrace it and stop trying to be something that you are not – on the other hand, you do look like you’re ready to put out some fires… (Analogy courtesy of Rebecca Long.)
