When I was living in Los Angeles, I used to volunteer at the Bicycle Kitchen – an awesome, non-profit, bicycle repair and education center. (The volunteers there are called “cooks”.) One of my fellow cooks, Arlen Jones, has been working over the past couple of years to help establish “La Bici Digna“, a Spanish-speaking version of the Kitchen dedicated to workers in downtown LA.
